These are the terms for using Scout Prep Win. Plain version first, details after.
$99, once, per staff. Not a subscription. Your first game is free — import real film and see the real report before you pay anything. Nothing auto-renews, and if you're not into it, refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
A one-time payment of $99 covers your whole staff and your whole roster for 12 months from the date of purchase: unlimited opponents and games, self-scout on your own offense, scout-team rep sheets, and player quizzes. No seat count, no tiers, no add-ons.
You can import a real film export and view the full report before paying anything. Payment is only required to keep importing new film beyond that first game.
Nothing auto-renews. There's no card on file and no dunning email. When the 12 months are up, your team goes read-only, not dark: every scout, game, and tell your staff wrote stays fully viewable. You just can't import new film or invite new staff until you buy another year.

Scout Prep Win screens a Hudl playlist export for tendencies that clear a sample-size floor, an effect-size floor, and a significance test, and turns the ones that survive into a call sheet, a scout-team rep sheet, and player quizzes. It reports what survived the screen. It does not recommend plays, call games, or replace coaching judgment, and it never will.
It reads a file you already export from Hudl. There is no film hosting, no video playback, no tagging tool, and no API connection to Hudl or any other platform.
You're responsible for who you invite to your team and for keeping your Google account secure — that's the only sign-in method. A team owner can remove staff or players at any time.
The service is for opponent and self-scouting from your own program's game film. Don't use it to store or distribute film or data you don't have the right to use, and don't try to access another team's data — row-level security blocks it at the database, but don't try anyway.
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep the screening logic and the numbers it reports accurate, and the parity test suite that guards every release checks that — but we don't guarantee the product is error-free or uninterrupted, and it isn't a substitute for watching the film yourself.
We may update these terms. If we do, the "last updated" date above changes and we'll note anything material on the pricing page.
